Garmin: Good customer service

Too often, we’re quick to criticise bad service and, frankly, they deserve it. However, we’re not so quick to highlight good customer service. So, I’d like to highlight some good customer service. Garmin is a good example.

How long do I need to do this to get to 25,000,000 people?
I’m sure that everything that can be said has already been said but I’m absolutely amazed at how much damage one can do with 2 CD’s…

A quick note on comments

I use the Akismet spam plug-in and, today, I broke the 20,000 mark for spam comments. It’s really ramped up in the past month or two. In fact, I’ve just bulk-deleted 1,206 spam comments. I’m guessing someone’s passed my email address to various nefarious sites.
