Is it art?

Saw this written on the city post earlier today by danger on tcal.net.

Photos of street-art from around the world. No Dublin. Probably because it didn’t qualify because of the tagger gobshites ruining every surface. Written on the city.

It’s short. It’s to the point. Yet I like the idea behind the linked website. There’s currently no Dublin pics on the website so here’s my humble suggestion. I don’t know if the text and the larger graffiti were done by the same artist. It would be kinda ironic if someone defaced someone else’s defacement of a city wall, if you know what I mean. But somebody or somebody’s (sic) is trying to tell us something.

My photo was taken in May 2006 on the Grand Canal, near Rathmines? (I’m a bit vague on the Southside’s geography!!).
