Nice pic of the swan in action. We've a lake near our house, with swans in it, and last spring I looked out the window and noticed a young swan sitting in our garden. My wife started ringing around the USPCA etc to see what we could do with it and how to get it back into the lake. I drove around to try and find the gamekeeper in the estate where the lake is.I found him, he came around and carried it in his arms and put it in the lake. A few days later the same swan was out in the village again and as it wasn't in my garden it wasn't my problem.I understand when swans reach a certain age they are pushed out by their parents, where they get to go I don't know.
